If you need to change or cancel your order, just shoot us an email at support@iscentedcandle.com with your order number and what you want to change. We'll confirm once it's done.

Here are some important points to keep in mind:

• You can only cancel or change your order within the first 24 hours after placing it. After that, it's locked in for processing and can't be altered.
• If you need to modify the design, it might delay the delivery since it takes us longer to make changes.
• Once a personalized order is complete, it's locked for processing. So, double-check all the details before completing your purchase.
