Shipping Policy

- US Domestic Order:
- Production time: 2-6 business days
- Shipping time (after production completed): 5-15 business days
- International Order:
- Production time: 2-6 business days
- Shipping time (after production completed): 7-15 business days
Please be aware that additional days may be required if orders undergo customs clearance. We do not have control over the customs process, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays resulting from this.
Shipping fee:
US fee per item: $6.99.
International fee per item: $19.
Tracking Number: Upon availability, we will furnish you with a tracking number along with the confirmation email, enabling you to track the package online.
Insurance: We commit to refunding 100% of the payment if the package is not received after 30 days.
Notice: Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately, with no additional charges incurred. In certain instances, we may reach out via email to confirm order quantity or conduct investigations regarding credit card fraud before proceeding with production.
